Exercise
Able to do 1 hour and 30 minutes of fast pace walking (half of it steep uphill). This was done daily.

Possitive symptoms: Being able to do daily exercise that I could not before. Coping with immense stress.

Negative symptoms: Other than my stress related symptoms, nothing negative. Legs tired from exessive exercise.

Exercise

Possitive symptoms:Being able to exercise more than before. I can now jog for 20 minutes... Have not been able to do this for a long long time.

Negative symptoms: Not many, suffering from stress which causes a number of physical symptoms not really related to my weight.

A friend was visiting and I abused food quite a bit. But still pleased with myself. Not really gained much, kept my exercise level up. My motabilsm must be gaining pace.

Walking for around 1 hour (fast pace) for 6 times a week

Feeling healthier, no chest or back pains

nothing related to weight

Exercise
Walking for 5 days a week for 1 hour and a bit every day. Fast pace.

Possitive symptoms:
Feeling better than ever, more energy and more possitive. Trousers size 38 fit easy! Lost one more kilo even though I had two or three large meals and had dessert twice :-) M&Ms and a chocolate fudge cake with ice cream at my Mother's birthday.

Negative symptoms:
After the exercise some back pain and a bit of muscle tiredness (I suppose to be expected).

Possitive symptoms: Fast walking not an issue, I can easily do fast walking for an hour without any major issues. I actually enjoy my walking routine now.
Negative symptoms: No chest pains, very little back pain (probably from exercise - usually around the 45 minutes of fast walking)

I have managed to lose 1.1kg and I am pleased:
I had a couple of days where I treated myself with M&Ms and one day where I had a lovely dessert when I took out the extended family out for a meal. Get to have a nice meal and dessert and still lose weight? This exercise thing is really paying off.

I found a full box of weight loss pills that my GP prescribed in my previous weight loss attempt. I have lost more weight now (without pills) and faster than ever before. I really wish I knew what I know now before I tried the weight loss pills.
